The City and County of Denver seeks a qualified contractor to provide daily custodial cleaning, monthly power‑washing, on‑call incident response, and comprehensive snow and ice removal for fourteen Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) stations, starting September 2026 and continuing through December 2027.
