P-067-231-010 NORTH POINT STATE PARK_ PARKWIDE & WATERFRONT IMPROVEMENTS

The Maryland Department of General Services is seeking a contractor to provide professional services for the North Point State Park Parkwide & Waterfront Improvements project. The project aims to move development away from the immediate shoreline, enhance public access to natural areas, and provide accessible public safety and visitor services. The selected contractor will be responsible for design services, site work, site utility work, creation of construction bid documents, participation in the bidding process, and construction. The project is expected to last 76 months, with a total duration of design, construction, and warranty phases.
