The County of Ocean is seeking a qualified vendor to serve as a single-source supplier for a broad range of work‑clothes, uniforms, footwear, accessories, tactical gear, and related customization services for multiple county departments (e.g., Corrections, Sheriff, Fire Marshal, SWAT, etc.). The contract will be managed on a quote‑based system, with vendors providing written quotes for specific items as needs arise. Key deliverables include: • Supplying standard, dress, and department‑specific uniforms (Class A/B, tactical, inmate, etc.) • Providing work apparel such as high‑visibility garments, rainwear, and seasonal gear • Supplying footwear ranging from duty boots to safety toe shoes • Offering accessories (belts, caps, gloves, badges, patches) and protective gear • Performing full‑service customization (embroidery, screen printing, heat‑transfer graphics, patch application) with all setup costs included • Providing tailoring, measurement, alterations, and on‑site fitting services in Monmouth or Ocean Counties • Meeting rapid delivery timelines (7 days ARO for stock items, 30 days ARO for custom items) and a 30‑day exchange policy The vendor must maintain local fitting facilities or on‑site capability, guarantee perfect fit, and adhere to strict turnaround times. All purchases will be made based on quoted pricing after an awarded percentage discount, with no additional charges permitted.
