Description
The County of San Benito’s Public Works Department is establishing a three‑year, pre‑qualified on‑call list of licensed architectural firms to support a variety of capital‑improvement projects (new construction, renovations, site planning, permitting, construction administration, etc.). Firms will submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) by September 9, 2026. The County will evaluate qualifications, experience with public facilities and infrastructure, key personnel, technical approach, and references. Selected firms will be placed on an on‑call roster and may be awarded individual task orders as needs arise; placement does not guarantee work. The solicitation includes standard certifications, de‑barment, drug‑free workplace, and compliance requirements.
