ON-CALL ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN SERVICES

The City of Englewood, Colorado is establishing an on‑call pool of qualified architectural and design firms to provide a full range of professional services for its owned and managed facilities. Selected consultants will receive task orders on a project‑by‑project basis for capital improvements, tenant upgrades, code compliance, accessibility, energy‑efficiency, and construction administration. The initial contract term is one year with up to four one‑year renewal options, and work will be performed primarily within the City limits.
