Notice of RFQ for Engineering Professional Services

The City of Prattsville, Arkansas seeks an engineering firm or qualified individual to provide professional engineering services for a water‑system improvement project that will be funded through an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant. The scope includes design, permitting, and technical support contingent upon grant award.
