Professional Engineering Services FY26-27

The County of Yellowstone is establishing a pre‑qualified roster of professional engineering firms to serve its public‑works program for fiscal years 2026‑2027. Selected firms will be eligible to be awarded individual road, bridge, stormwater, traffic‑engineering, and project‑schedule contracts on a “as‑needed” basis, either directly or via subsequent RFPs. The solicitation requires firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that demonstrates experience, personnel expertise, and capacity to meet the County’s schedule and budget expectations.
