REGIONAL TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS GUIDELINES

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking a qualified firm to develop a comprehensive Regional Traffic Impact Analysis Guidelines. The guidelines will establish consistent, transparent, and sound methodologies for assessing the impacts of development. The final deliverable will serve as a practical reference for planners, engineers, reviewing agencies, and developers in the Clark County area. The project is being funded with federal funds, and proponents are required to submit the Federal Conditions forms as part of the RFP response and document submission. • The RFP includes several attachments, such as the Scope of Services, Insurance Requirements, and Federal Provisions. • The proposal should include a cover letter, staffing plan, project experience, work plan, and price proposal. • The evaluation criteria include the proposer's experience, qualifications, and approach to the project. • The contract will be awarded to the proposer that best meets the requirements and evaluation criteria.
