The City of Indianapolis Office of the Controller is seeking a qualified insurance brokerage firm to provide comprehensive property insurance brokerage services. The contractor will be responsible for evaluating the city's property risk exposure, procuring appropriate insurance coverage, negotiating terms, and managing the ongoing administration of property insurance policies. This includes advising on coverage options, handling renewals, and providing cost‑benefit analyses to ensure optimal protection while controlling expenses. • Conduct a full assessment of municipal property assets and associated risks. • Develop and issue Requests for Proposals to insurance carriers, evaluate bids, and recommend coverage selections. • Provide continuous policy administration, claims assistance, and annual renewal support.
