FY 26 RICHARD B. RUSSELL OXYGEN CONTRACT

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to supply liquid oxygen to the Richard B. Russell Dam and Lake Project. The contract will require the delivery of up to 6,000 tons of liquid oxygen between May 1, 2026, and December 1, 2026, with two optional deliveries of 1,000 tons each. The contractor must have experience in delivering bulk oxygen and provide evidence of an agreement with a producer/supplier/deliverer of the product. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating deliveries with the Richard B. Russell Power Plant Shift Operator and ensuring compliance with safety and security requirements. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced offeror who is deemed technically acceptable and meets the requirements stated. • The contractor must provide a document showing evidence of an agreement with a producer/supplier/deliverer of the product. • The contractor must provide information on past performance, including project title, detailed description, and point of contact information. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection.
