The City of Grand Junction is seeking a qualified supplier to provide liquid Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH) for its water treatment plant on an all‑inclusive, FOB‑destination basis. The contractor must submit a sample for testing, then submit a price per gallon that covers manufacturing, delivery, off‑loading equipment, and all associated fees. Deliveries will be made in bulk tank trucks or totes, pumped into the City’s storage tanks during business hours, with advance notice and required documentation for each shipment.
