Description
The University of Michigan’s Michigan Medicine Health Information Technology & Services is seeking a strategic partner to provide ServiceNow licensing, subscription management, advisory and professional services, and enterprise expansion support for its consolidated platform serving over 53,000 users. The contract will be for an initial three‑year term with up to two one‑year renewal options (maximum five years). The vendor must supply cost‑effective, scalable licensing aligned with current ServiceNow SKUs, demonstrate expertise in platform optimization, and provide transparent pricing for licensing and support/maintenance. The supplier will not be responsible for the actual consolidation of the two existing ServiceNow instances.
• Provide modernized ServiceNow licensing and subscription management.
• Deliver advisory, professional, and optimization services for ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, SPM, CSM, and workflow automation.
• Offer flexible support for future module additions and growth, with pricing broken out by term and clear escalation/discount structures.
