Surplus Sale of City-Owned Property - Pump House

The City of Cheyenne is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of the Cheyenne Auxiliary Pumping Station, commonly referred to as the Pump House, located at 1504 Dillon Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The bid includes the purchase of the property, and the buyer will be responsible for all closing costs, including title work and appraisal. The City reserves the right to evaluate variations from the specifications and to award the bid that best meets its needs at the highest cost. • The property preview/walk-through will be conducted on October 9, 2025, at 10:00am. • The bid submission deadline is October 23, 2025, at 2:00pm. • The City will consider as incomplete any bid in which all addenda are not acknowledged. • The buyer must demonstrate financial capacity to purchase and redevelop the Pump House. • The proposed use or redevelopment concept for the Pump House must be included in the bid.
