JWCC UCM Core Solicitation

The Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC) Unified Cloud Marketplace (UCM) Core solicitation is an Indefinite‑Delivery‑Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will provide the Department of Defense with hyperscale cloud services across all classification levels (Unclassified, Secret, Top Secret). The award ceiling is $21.6 billion, with a minimum order size of $100,000. The contract will be used to issue Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) and Firm‑Fixed‑Unit‑Price (FFUP) task orders for cloud compute, storage, networking, and associated support services, including help‑desk, training, and program‑management support. Period of performance for base orders runs from 08‑Dec‑2027 to 07‑Dec‑2032 (5 years) with optional extensions through 2037. Small‑business set‑aside includes WOSB, HUBZone, EDWOSB, and Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned categories.
