The Cooperative Purchasing Connection (CPC) seeks experienced suppliers to provide a broad catalog of physical security products and related services to a consortium of state, local, tribal, educational, and nonprofit agencies. The award will be an Indefinite Delivery‑Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract covering video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, monitoring platforms, perimeter protection, hardware/software/cloud services, and associated installation, maintenance, training, and support. Suppliers must offer discounted pricing from catalog or manufacturer lists, maintain warranty protection, and be able to support turnkey solutions. The contract term runs Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2028 (with one possible 24‑month extension). CPC expects quarterly sales reporting, a 2 % administrative fee on sales, and compliance with prevailing‑wage, bonding, and insurance requirements. • Eligible participants: U.S. public agencies, tribal nations, schools, nonprofits. • Scope: hardware, software, cloud services, integration, installation, training, maintenance. • Delivery: consortium‑level pricing, guaranteed discounts, warranty, support. • Evaluation: qualifications, product breadth, geographic coverage, pricing, service levels. • Contract: IDIQ, $6.2 M historic three‑year volume, estimated $2–5 M revenue over two‑year term.
