ICITAP/OPDAT Worldwide Support Services

The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking one awardee for an Indefinite‑Delivery, Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide worldwide administrative, logistical, technical, professional, and program‑management services supporting ICITAP and OPDAT. The work will be performed primarily at overseas locations, including austere and geopolitically sensitive environments, with a limited U.S. component. The contract ceiling is $500 million and includes a three‑month transition period, a two‑year base period, and up to five one‑year option periods. Task orders may be issued on a firm‑fixed‑price, time‑and‑materials, or other authorized basis. A valid Top‑Secret Facility Clearance is required at proposal submission.
