A250 – American Festival Hibiya Park 2026

The U.S. Embassy Tokyo is seeking a contractor to carry out the America250 American Festival Hibiya Park 2026, a cultural exchange event to promote American food and beverage products to Japanese consumers. The festival will be held from July 18 to July 20, 2026, with preparation and setup starting on July 16 and breakdown on July 21. The contractor will be responsible for providing facilitation, preparation, setting up, and restitution services, including obtaining necessary approvals, renting equipment, and providing on-site operational coordination. The contractor will also be required to provide a list of food and drink vendors, create a festival guidebook, and participate in planning meetings. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all necessary services to implement the American Festival • Coordinating with the U.S. Embassy's Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) and the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) • Obtaining approvals from local health and fire authorities • Providing rental equipment and facilities • Managing the event and providing on-site operational coordination • Creating a stage and sound system for musical performances • Providing follow-up and evaluation reports after the festival
