Citywide Standby Emergency Debris Monitoring Services

The City of Raleigh is establishing a citywide master contract for standby emergency debris monitoring services to be activated after hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, or other disasters. Qualified firms will be responsible for on‑site debris monitoring, contractor oversight, automated debris tracking, documentation for FEMA reimbursement, and related reporting.
