Mail Delivery Service

The Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from prospective offerors to manage the technical support service for mail delivery. The objective of the Mail Delivery Managed Service is to deliver hard copy mail in a reliable, cost-effective manner. The service includes all United States Postal Service (USPS) mail delivered to and sent from INL, as well as all interoffice mail. The service shall ensure that environmental and sustainability expectations are met, and improve or streamline delivery routes and processes. Interested firms are requested to provide expressions of interest via email by close-of business on 12/19/2025. • The Mail Delivery Managed Service includes all USPS mail and interoffice mail. • The service shall ensure that environmental and sustainability expectations are met. • The service shall improve or streamline delivery routes and processes. • Interested firms must have a presence in the general Idaho Falls area. • Responses must be no more than five pages in length in PDF format.
