Communication Service

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide communication services, including the installation and delivery of a fiber commercial circuit and associated equipment, to provide Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) services for a period of one base year plus four option years. The services will provide 120 concurrent base call paths, 15,000 base numbers, and 36,000 free off-net (commercial CONUS long distance) call minutes. The contractor will also be required to provide technical support and maintenance services. • The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four option periods of 12 months each. • The contractor will be required to provide a separate International Calling Rate Chart that details the firm-fixed per-minute rate for all available international countries. • The contractor will be required to provide a technical plan outlining how they will accomplish the task outlined in the solicitation. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
