MAINTENANCE/OPERATIONS SERVICES FOR WV PATH

The State of West Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and operations services for the West Virginia Integrated Eligibility System (IES), also known as People's Access to Help (WV PATH) system. The system provides integrated eligibility and case management for federal and state assistance programs. The vendor will be responsible for maintaining and operating the system, as well as implementing deferred and/or new requirements. The contract will be for a period of up to 10 years, with the option for renewal. • The scope of work includes maintenance and operations services for the WV PATH system • The vendor will be responsible for ensuring the system is available and functional 24/7 • The vendor will be required to provide technical support and troubleshooting services • The vendor will be responsible for implementing new requirements and enhancements to the system • The vendor will be required to provide training and documentation to state staff
