Description
The County of Hawai‘i is seeking qualified contractors to demolish the existing PapaiKou Community Center located in Pāpa‘ikou, South Hilo. The work includes: • Complete removal of all building structures, foundations, and utilities associated with the center. • Proper disposal of demolition debris in accordance with state and local environmental regulations. • Site grading and preparation for future use as directed by the County. • Coordination with County engineers and compliance with all safety and permitting requirements. The bid must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov Procurement Portal by the deadline of 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 19, 2026.
