Description
This RFQ seeks a qualified contractor to replace and upgrade the water and sanitary distribution systems at Muskallonge Lake State Park campground. Scope includes directional boring for new water mains, installation of new wells, abandonment of old wells and mains, installation of jug fillers, replacement of water‑treatment equipment, insulation of domestic water lines, site restoration, installation of new sanitary sewer mains, rehabilitation of an existing pump station, addition of a new force main, a backup generator, and related mechanical/electrical controls. The work must comply with state project registration, bid security (5% bond), and mandatory pre‑bid walk‑through. Bids are submitted electronically via SIGMA VSS by Dec 9, 2026, with questions due Dec 2, 2026.
