Property Auto Liability Insurance FY25-26

The contract term is one year with two one-year renewal options. Key aspects of the proposal include: • Experience and qualifications in providing Property and Auto Liability Insurance to municipalities • Coverage and policy placement, including liability protection, property damage, bodily injury, and legal defense costs • Claims management, including reporting processes, claims oversight, and responsiveness during high-impact events • Compliance and communication with insurers, TPAs, and City departments • Account management and service, including issue resolution, continuity of service, and familiarity with City operations • Technology and support, including online tools or dashboards for managing claims, assets, or reports • Cost proposal, including commissions, service fees, and value-added offerings
