AE IDIQ Addition

The Iowa Department of Public Defense is seeking to add firms to their open AE IDIQ contract for professional consulting services, including Architect/Engineer (A/E) design services, and other A/E services as needed for construction, renovation, repairs, and commissioning of buildings, roadways, and infrastructure projects. The contract will be for a period of 1 year, with the option for annual extensions. The selected firms will be required to provide personnel, facilities, equipment, transportation, and supplies necessary to provide technical services to the Agency. • The scope of work includes planning, master planning, and program support; A/E investigative and design services; construction support; engineering and environmental studies; and other related services. • The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ contract, with a maximum cumulative contract value of $400,000 per firm over the life of the contract. • The selected firms will be required to maintain insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, employers' liability, commercial general liability, and professional liability insurance. • The firms will be required to submit a response packet, including a Standard Form 330, a rate sheet, and completed attachments. • The evaluation process will include a review of the response packets for compliance with the RFQ instructions and requirements, and the selection of firms will be based on their qualifications and experience.
