Addendum No 3-Governance, Risk and Compliance Auto Platform

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the purchase of an Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) automation platform. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for successive one-year periods. The successful vendor will be required to provide a grand total lump sum yearly price that is all-inclusive of the specifications. • The GRC software maintenance and support will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. • The vendor will be required to provide a detailed description of their proposed solution, including any alternate models or brands. • The vendor will be required to comply with all terms and conditions contained in the solicitation, including those related to insurance, licensing, and certifications.
