Description
The USDA Office of Homeland Security requires a secure, commercial software platform (PRATUS™) to provide enterprise‑wide situational awareness, data analysis, reporting, and AI‑driven decision support. The effort includes a one‑year base period with four additional one‑year option periods, for a total potential performance window of five years. The award will be a single‑award contract; no competition is permitted because Fathom is the only vendor authorized by the PRATUS OEM to deliver the combined platform and training services.
• Scope: delivery, configuration, and training on the PRATUS platform; ongoing technical support and program management.
• Duration: 1‑year base + up to 4 one‑year options (max 5 years).
• Contract type: sole‑source firm‑fixed‑price.
• Estimated value: between $0.9 M and $20 M (per Competition Advocate note).
• Primary contact: Jenna Highfill (USDA OHS).
