Civil Engineering Services

The Clay County Purchasing Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide Civil Engineering Services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes storm water engineering, utility engineering, subdivision and site development engineering, geotechnical services, environmental support services, surveying, construction engineering and inspection services, and parks and recreational facility engineering. Vendors must submit a Statement of Qualifications, which includes information on their experience, key personnel, project team, current and projected workload, client references, management system, financial strength, and licensure. The County reserves the right to reject any or all statements and to select the firm best qualified and capable of performing the desired services. • The contract period is for one year with four one-year renewals. • The vendor shall provide products/services on an as-needed basis. • The County shall not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of the vendor’s services that may be required under the Agreement. • The vendor shall respond to requests for estimates for non-emergency work within two business days and provide written estimates within five business days of the original request.
