The Indian Health Service (IHS) at the Standing Rock Service Unit, which includes Fort Yates IHS Hospital (FYH), Fort Yates, North Dakota, and the McLaughlin Health Center (MHC), McLaughlin, South Dakota, requires Immunoassay Reagents and Supplies. The contractor shall provide reagents to the Standing Rock Service Unit laboratory which will be used on the Abbott Architect i1000SR Immunoassay Analyzer. The scope of work includes providing high-quality reagents and consumables, expedited delivery, and technical support. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years. • The contractor must deliver items within 7 days of ordering. • The contractor must provide notification to the IHS for items placed on backorder for more than 7 days from the date of ordering. • The contractor must be able to fulfill urgent delivery requirements for overnight delivery. • The contractor must allow return or provide a full credit for items with expiration dates allowing for an unreasonable shelf-life.
