Supply of Industrial Pipe, Miscellaneous Fittings, and Equipment

The City of Phoenix is seeking a supplier for industrial pipe, miscellaneous fittings, and equipment for a three-year term with two one-year options to extend. The contractor will be required to deliver products within 24 to 48 hours from the date of the purchase order and provide a website with a downloadable or interactive catalog or price list. The contractor will also be required to have a contract representative dedicated to this contract and provide excellent customer service. • The products to be supplied include high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, glue, and hand tools. • The contractor must have the capacity to fully support the City's business needs, including creating and managing individual accounts for order placement, billing, and reporting functions. • The contractor must also have the ability to resolve customer disputes, handle multiple forms of communication, and provide excellent customer service. • The City reserves the right to add, change, or delete quantities or items as circumstances may require. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror whose offer conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in the solicitation.
