The State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking bids for the acquisition of North Carolina Vital Events security paper, printing of security forms, and security paper storage services for the Division of Public Health, Office of Vital Records, and participating NC County Register of Deeds offices. The contract will have an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
