The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) Office of Interpersonal Violence is issuing a Request for Applications (RFA) for the HB 19 Victim Service Grant Program Funds. The purpose of this funding is to support direct services to victims of interpersonal violence, with a performance-based, tiered model that prioritizes trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, comprehensive and integrated wraparound services, and quality and impact of support over quantity of individuals served. Eligible applicants include public and private organizations, including non-profit and faith-based, governmental, healthcare, tribal, educational, and other organizations that provide services directly to victims. The total anticipated funds for subgrants under this RFA is $10,000,000.00.

• The grant period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
• Applications are due by June 12, 2026, at 5:00 pm.
