Reconstruction of Symmes Corner - 25% Engineering Design Project

The Town of Winchester is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering design services for the first 25 % of the reconstruction of Symmes Corner. The scope is limited to engineering design work; construction, procurement, or later phases are not included. Proposers must obtain the bid documents beginning October 7 2026, may submit questions by email, and must deliver a qualified and responsive qualifications proposal by the bid opening deadline of October 29 2026.
