Design Services North Falmouth Village Junction Building Project

The Town of Falmouth is requesting proposals to provide design services for the North Falmouth Village Junction Building Exterior Preservation and Restoration Project. The project includes tasks such as replacing the existing asphalt shingle roof, adding new gutters and downspouts, replacing all of the existing windows, repairing or replacing rotting or decaying exterior siding, trim, and roof areas as necessary, and more. • The project is located at 212 Old Main Road, North Falmouth, MA 02556. • Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM on May 15, 2026, in the Town Manager’s Office. • Proposers must register on the Town’s procurement site to ensure receipt of any changes or addenda to the RFP. • The project will be awarded in accordance with the requirements of MGL Ch. 7C Sections 44 – 59 and this Request for Proposals (RFP).
