Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is soliciting proposals from firms that already hold a Price Agreement in the Transportation Land Use Planning series to update the City of Eugene Transportation System Plan (TSP). The effort will span roughly three years (March 2027 – December 2029) and includes comprehensive tasks such as project management, community engagement, policy framework development, multimodal analysis, solution development, drafting and finalizing the TSP and related ordinances, and an enhanced review process. The work is to be performed under a Work Order Contract (WOC) with flexible payment mechanisms (cost‑plus, fixed‑price, time‑and‑materials). Only vendors with an existing ODOT PA in the specified series are eligible.
