PVD25-166 - Lease of Waterplace Park Gondola and Dock Concessions Five Year Contract

The City of Providence Board of Park Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified entities to operate a gondola and dock concession at Waterplace Park. The selected proposer will lease two docks and operate gondola rides, pontoon boat services, and other water-based recreational offerings while promoting public access and enjoyment of the park. • The contract duration is 5 years with two additional 5-year extension options. • The concessionaire will be responsible for operating gondola rides and other water-based recreational activities. • The concessionaire will promote public access and enjoyment of the park. • Bidders must submit 2 copies of their bid in sealed envelopes or packages labeled with the solicitation title and the City Department.
