Golf Cart Lease

Johnson County Park & Recreation District (JCPRD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a four‑year lease of a mixed fleet of golf carts (gas‑powered, electric, lithium‑ion, passenger, range and utility carts) for its Heritage Park and Tomahawk Hills golf courses. The lease must include delivery, installation, annual maintenance, warranty service, and a 24‑hour service response for repairs. Delivery of all carts is required no later than March 19 2027. The contract is initially for 12 months with the option to renew for up to four additional 12‑month periods, and the total lease term is four years. Bidders must submit detailed specifications, pricing per unit, and a copy of the proposed lease agreement.
