ONE (1) NEW, CAB FORWARD REFUSE TRUCK W/ AUTOMATED SIDE LOADER AND BLADE STYLE COMPACTOR

The City of Riverton is seeking bids for one new cab forward refuse truck with an automated side loader and blade style compactor. The truck must meet or exceed all specifications requirements, and bidders must provide a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. The bid price shall include all costs to the City of Riverton, including delivery, setup, and dealer preparation. The City of Riverton reserves the right to reject any and all bids and make substitutions as necessary. • The truck must be delivered within 250 calendar days from the award of the bid. • The bid price shall be F.O.B. Public Works Complex, 714 West Monroe Ave., Riverton, Wyoming. • The City of Riverton prefers materials, supplies, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in the State of Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the State of Wyoming. • Bidders must include a State of Wyoming Certificate of Residency if applicable.
