Media Buying Services - Request For Proposals

The Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) is seeking a Media Buying Agency to provide media buying services for the District's community services venues, including Diamond Peak Ski Resort, The Golf Courses at Incline Village, and Incline Village Weddings & Facilities. The selected agency will be responsible for planning, negotiating, placing, reconciling, and reporting on advertising opportunities for the District. The agency will work closely with the District's marketing staff and senior management to understand the various venues' operations and products/services before strategizing on which advertising placements will best achieve the District's goals. • The District has an annual operating budget of approximately $40 million and a staff of over 240 full-time equivalent positions. • The paid advertising budgets from the 2024-25 fiscal year for each of the venues are: Diamond Peak Ski Resort ($162,000 cash + $50,000 trade), Incline Village Championship Golf Course ($6,000 cash), Incline Village Mountain Golf Course ($4,000 cash), and Incline Village Weddings & Facilities ($12,000 cash). • The District anticipates this relationship lasting for a three to five (3-5) year term, with updated contract spending authorizations on an annual basis to coincide with budget approvals. • The Media Buying Agency will be compensated for their work on a professional fee basis, with an agreed upon not-to-exceed fee structure for each fiscal year, paid on a monthly basis.
