Description
The Western Tidewater Regional Jail is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive correctional maintenance services, including routine upkeep of jail facilities and a redesign of the lobby and attorney meeting room. The contract will cover all aspects of building maintenance, preventive repairs, and the interior redesign to improve functionality and aesthetics for staff, inmates, and legal visitors.
• Provide full‑scope maintenance for the jail’s infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custodial services).
• Design and construct a refreshed lobby area and dedicated attorney meeting room per correctional standards.
• Deliver ongoing support and warranty for the redesign work throughout the contract term.
