Temporary Public Health Officer

The County of Lake Health Services Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Temporary Public Health Officer services while it conducts a search for a permanent officer. The contractor will assume all powers and duties of the appointed Public Health Officer, delivering full public‑health oversight, disease surveillance, emergency response coordination, and community health program management. The engagement may transition to an “Alternate Public Health Officer” role at the County’s discretion after a permanent hire.
