Mercer Hall, Naval Base San Diego - Galley Grab-N-Go

The Naval Base San Diego is seeking a contractor to provide and install food service equipment for a Grab-N-Go operation. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing various equipment, including self-service display cases, warmers, dispensers, and custom fabricated cabinetry. The equipment must meet standard FDA, ETL, and NSF standards. The contractor will also be responsible for daily clean up and disposal of debris. The key features of the project include: • Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for the installation • Ensuring all connections comply with standard electrical specifications • Testing all equipment to verify proper operation • Providing warranties for the equipment • Coordinating with the Food Service Officer to ensure space availability and minimize disruption to meal services.
