Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2026-1000-0091 Alaska State Parks Passes & Decals

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Parks & Outdoor Recreation (DPOR) is soliciting competitive bids for a contractor to print three types of decals as described in the solicitation on an as-needed basis for the next five years. The decals include Annual Daily Parking Decal, Annual Boat Launch Decal, and Annual Disabled Veteran Decal. The contractor will be required to provide a sample of each current year's type, colors, and style with each order. The contract term will be from January 01, 2026, to December 31, 2031. • The contractor must provide consecutive five-digit numbering on each decal. • The contractor must use specific materials and inks as described in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide a drug-free workplace. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contractor must perform all work in the United States.
