RFQ: Professional Design Services - Public Works and Maintenance Facility

The City of Brentwood, Missouri is seeking a design consultant to provide professional design services for the renovation and addition of the new Public Works & Parks Maintenance facility. The project includes minor aesthetic improvements, demo parts of the building, building a fleet maintenance garage addition, potential roof retrofit, and replacement of existing fenestrations. The selected firm will be responsible for providing design services from concept through completion, including geotechnical investigation, civil engineering, architectural, structural engineering, and more.
