Student Software and Educational Software Subscriptions

Southwest Independent School District (SWISD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide student‑focused software and educational software subscriptions for core curriculum subjects on an “as‑needed” basis. The solicitation is an open‑ended term contract that will remain in effect until July 31 2028, with pricing determined at the time of each purchase. Vendors must submit electronic bids, include all freight costs (FOB destination), and comply with extensive Texas education‑code, data‑security, and privacy requirements (FERPA, COPPA, etc.). The district may award multiple contracts and will evaluate proposals on price, quality, reputation, alignment with district needs, and Texas‑based presence. The award will be made after monthly reviews of submissions; the contract may be used by other member districts of the Central Texas Purchasing Alliance.
