Southwest Independent School District (SWISD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide a broad range of professional development services on an “as‑needed” basis for teachers, administrators, and staff district‑wide. The contract will be a term agreement lasting until July 31 2028, with pricing determined at the time of each purchase. Services may include curriculum support, instructional coaching, culturally‑relevant education, classroom management, technology integration, TEKS alignment, leadership training, and any other approved training activities. Vendors must be able to deliver both in‑person and web‑based sessions, provide trainer‑of‑trainer models, and comply with SWISD’s procurement policies, certifications, and conflict‑of‑interest requirements.
