The North Dakota Insurance & Securities Department seeks an experienced actuarial consulting firm to provide temporary property and casualty (P&C) rate filing review services for a three‑year term. The contractor will review roughly 800 P&C rate filings (handling at least half of the workload), generate review reports, and support the Department’s Chief Actuary with analysis, recommendations, and meetings. No travel is required; work will be performed remotely from the contractor’s base location.
