The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is seeking a contractor to provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at Rotterdam, Netherlands. The contract will cover the full spectrum of handling surface moving cargo, including receipt, processing, and disposition. The contractor may be required to work 24/7, including holidays. The contract is expected to be a single, fixed-rate schedule Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 1 November 2026 – 31 October 2031 ordering period.
