Description
The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service is seeking a small‑business‑only contractor to replace the existing handrail and stair assembly at the Prairie Wetlands Learning Center in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The work includes removal of the old deck handrail and stairs, installation of a prefabricated steel stair system and aluminum handrails, and all associated site work, permitting, and close‑out documentation. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order with a performance period from early June to the end of August 2027. The award will be based on the lowest responsive price and will require performance and payment bonds, compliance with extensive FAR, OSHA, and environmental clauses, and submission of detailed submittals and warranties.
