The United States Air Force at Luke Air Force Base, AZ is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to upgrade the secure video teleconference (VTC) system in the intel squadron’s conference room. The scope includes replacing the existing AMX control system with an Extron system, installing a Cisco CS‑Codec‑Pro‑NR++V02 codec with a Cisco TTC5‑15 touch panel, integrating Cisco EVI‑X200C cameras, and providing all necessary programming, testing, and documentation. The solicitation is currently a set‑aside, funds are not yet available, and the government may cancel the effort.
